Featuring a central star set rose cut diamond on a marquise shaped dome, set with cabochon cut turquoise gemstones upon an oval base displaying a matte finish, adorned with fine wire-work and granulation framed by a twisted wire. To the rear of the brooch is a clear locket to hold a keepsake close to the wearer. Secured with a pin and hook catch.
