What happens when I order a Gerard McCabe ring design?
Firstly, congratulations! Once you have selected a Gerard McCabe design from one of our collections, we will determine your ring size. If the stocked ring is not a perfect fit, we will either resize the ring or custom make it to fit. We want your chosen piece to give you joy and satisfaction. A number of our engagement and wedding ring designs are best made just for you, to give you a superb fit. By making your ring in the correct size, you get a quality product that is uniquely tailored to perfectly fit you.
Generally rings will take 6-8 weeks to arrive from date of order, as each ring is made to order. Your sales consultant will be able to advise a precise delivery timeframe at the time of placing your order.
When your ring arrives, our sales consultants will be in touch with you to organise a collection from a boutique, or delivered to you via insured post. As the owner of a Gerard McCabe ring you will have peace of mind with our complimentary 12 month care plan backed by our lifetime guarantee.
