As the founder of Gerard McCabe Jewellers, Gerard’s passion for exceptional gemstones and telling stories through design is enshrined in the ethos of the business.

His grandfather and father jewellers themselves, Gerard entered the industry after pursuing his other creative talent in the music industry. After working with his father and then for another successful Adelaide jeweller, Gerard opened Gerard McCabe Jewellers in 1986 with his wife Pauline. Using his expert knowledge and experience as a Gemologist, Diamond Technologist and Jewellery Valuer, Gerard created a company dedicated to creating stunning jewellery items that are second to none.

As Founder, Gerard is closely involved in a mentoring role throughout the company. He is a respected leader, and guides our staff members to deliver the best service to you, our client. Gerard firmly believes in taking the time to get to know you, your style and your desires. He advocates for all Gerard McCabe staff to build a relationship with you, taking you on a journey towards your dream jewellery selection.

Justin is one of the fourth generations of McCabes to join the rich family heritage of Adelaide jewellers. Justin has been involved in the business in various forms over the years, starting out as a young boy. Justin splits his time between the stores and Head Office in his current role as Co-Managing Director.

Justin is a trained gemologist, valuer and diamond grader. As well as having a hand in the design of the jewellery itself, his true speciality lies in client relations.

“It’s about getting to know that person. Knowing their occasion and their motivations. Learning something about them.  But that comes later. For me, the client journey all starts with greeting them and making them feel comfortable. Being warm, welcoming and friendly; we want the customer to experience that all the way through. We work hard to be different, to select the best and make it work for them. It really is our joy to bring that to our customers and it is what we are excited about.”

Nazanin is our award-winning Design Director at Gerard McCabe. Jewellery is her passion and she is devoted to transforming ideas into beautiful realities. Holding a Master of Industrial Design qualification, Nazanin is also qualified in over five different jewellery certifications, and has fine art training.
