We deliver Australia wide. Delivery is free to all suburbs: Adelaide | Sydney | Melbourne | Brisbane | Canberra | Perth | Hobart | Darwin | Regional Australia.

Shipping

Online orders for guaranteed Christmas delivery close 14 Dec (WA & NT) and 19 Dec (everywhere else). SA customers can purchase online up to Christmas Eve for Click and Collect at our Rundle Mall or Adelaide Arcade boutiques. We send all parcels Express via Australia Post. Please note that if you are ordering a ring that needs to be resized, this will add to the processing time and affect dispatch dates.

We will process your order once we have received your funds into our bank account. If the item(s) purchased is available (in stock) the order will be sent within 1-2 working days after we have received your funds. You will be notified by email that it has been sent and you will receive a tracking number for your parcel. All parcels are sent by insured courier.
If the item(s) is a ring and needs to be custom made in your finger size, a member of our customer service team will contact you to advise an estimated delivery date.  Rings will take between 3 and 8 weeks to be custom made.
If for any reason the item is unavailable (out of stock), or you have purchased an item that is on backorder, a member of our customer service team will contact you to advise an estimated delivery date.
All parcels should arrive between 2-5 business days via an insured courier or registered post. Regional deliveries do take longer than capital cities.

All of our parcels are delivered via Australia Post insured delivery.

Online Store Returns

Gerard McCabe online jewellery purchases can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of the item, for a refund or exchange.  We acknowledge that you have purchased the product sight unseen from our online store and thus allow you to return the product for a refund if for any reason you have a change of mind once you have viewed the product in person.
The item must be returned, via an insured method, in an “as new” saleable condition along with the original sales receipt, any certificates, and boxing.
A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request (excluding any shipping charges). Gerard McCabe Jewellers will contact the purchaser directly to arrange the refund. The purchase amount is refunded to the same credit card with which the purchase was made. Store credit can be arranged upon request.
