One 14k rose gold 25 x 8mm marquise-shaped pendant gallery set with one 0.40ct mid-blue sapphire and eighteen small old mine cut diamonds, good material, estimated total weight is 0.55ct.
The pendant loop is likely to have been added later. Facets abraded on sapphire; consistent with age.
All up weight 2.06grams.
