- Follow the process of checking out and making your payment
- Once the funds for your purchase have cleared we will process your order.
- Providing your purchased piece is in stock we will ship it to you within 5 working days. You will be notified by email or a phone call.
- If the item(s) is a ring and needs to be custom made in your finger size, a member of our customer service team will contact you to advise an estimated delivery date. Rings will take between 3 and 8 weeks to be custom made. If your finger size is not listed on the product page, please contact us to enquire if this item is able to be custom made in your finger size.
- If for any reason the item is unavailable (out of stock), a member of our customer service team will contact you to advise an estimated delivery date.
