Generally rings will take 6-8 weeks to arrive from date of order, as each ring is made to order. Your sales consultant will be able to advise a precise delivery timeframe at the time of placing your order.

The typical timeline of our Bespoke Design Service can depend on many factors, but generally speaking from quotation approval to final product it is a 10-week process.

You can expect to have an initial (free of charge) consultation with Nazanin, our Design Director, followed by the development of the concept. Nazanin takes your ideas, hopes and ambitions for the piece from your discussion, and develops them into design sketches for discussion and your approval. You’ll receive a final quotation for the works. From this, you should expect to see your unique, one-of-a-kind jewellery created in around 10-weeks.
